Maplewood Brewery & Distillery Beer Dinner

The Rookery is teaming up with Maplewood to bring you an exclusive dinner paired with select beers from the Logan Square based brewery & distillery.

Chef Michael Dean Reynolds will present four different courses that will highlight and compliment some of Maplewood's favorite styles such as Fat Pug Oatmeal Milk Stout and Saison Madarina Bavaria.

1st Course -- Saison Madarina Bavaria
Mole Crusted Beef Carpaccio with non-traditional accompaniments

2nd Course -- Son of Juice IPA
Vanilla Butter Poached Bay Scallops, Mango Salad and Flowers

3rd Course -- Fat Pug Oatmeal Milk Stout
Raised Lamb Shank, Sweet Potato, Pecan Brittle

4th Course -- Margarita Gose
 Marshmallow Banoffee Pie
