Cocktails 101 - Barrel Aging

Join us during YP Week for an educational event on our favorite subject, Cocktails! Join us on a Sunday evening to learn what's really happening inside those oak barrels, why it's important, and how you can use this knowledge to make world class cocktails at home. Admission will include tastings of barreled and un-barreled beer, wine, and cocktails. You will also take home a detailed packed of information on the barrel aging process and a quick guide to setting up your own barrel aging program at home! By the end of the class, we will all be batching a Boulevardier cocktail and putting it to rest in oak for 4 weeks. Tickets are $39 and include a 6oz bottle of our class made barrel aged cocktail to take home when it it comes out of the barrel in 4 week.
