About this event

Bedazzle your halls this holiday season by creating your very own framed, upcycled jewelry tree! Danielle Hupp will help participants take costume, broken, or surplus jewelry and turn them into ornate trees that are sparkly, detailed, holiday collages.  Register today and turn often-discarded materials into beautiful pieces of art that will proudly adorn your, or a loved one’s wall! All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring any special pieces you want to incorporate into your design.

BIO: Danielle Hupp is, by day, the Associate Director of Kent State University’s Annual Giving Program. By night, Danielle is a creative superhero who takes ordinary objects and turns them into extraordinary pieces for her and others around her to enjoy!  Danielle has a master’s degree in public administration from Kent State University and is a past president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Northeast Ohio chapter. In addition, she works with the Women’s Endowment Fund of the Akron Community Foundation, is an alumni of Torchbearers, and serves as co-chair of the Sugar Plum Tour. Danielle loves helping people make their spaces beautiful and believes everyone has the capacity to create art.
