Join smARTStudio at the 9th Annual Crafty Mart to paint a portrait of your favorite character from Elf and/or A Christmas Story on canvas. As a participant, you will learn the process of photo transferring onto canvas and painting FUNdamentals. No experience is necessary! {Fun Fact: Did you know that the actor Peter Billingsley played Ralphie in A Christmas Story and Ming Ming in Elf?}
BIO: Jennifer Davis, a lifelong resident of Akron, is a visual arts educator, owner of smARTStudio, and co-founder of Akron Craft + Social Club. Jennifer graduated from the University of Akron in 2006 with a BA in Visual Arts Education. When she's not wrangling her quad squad of geriatric Chihuahuas or planning her next motorcycle adventure, Jennifer is on a mission to provide enriching and creative art experiences to artists of all ages in her community.
