The holidays are a time to celebrate with friends and family! Come and enjoy a Four Hearts Sound Bath for the Season that also creates some time for YOU to rest, relax and meditate on all the gifts you have in your life.
The Four Hearts (Anne Campbell, Robert Fowler, Luke Andresen, and Adrienne White) reunite this December to offer you a Vibrational Journey to the Center of Your Heart. The quartet will use Gongs (at least 20!) Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Drums, Handpans, Dulcimer, bells, and so much more… to bring you to a deep state of relaxation and meditation in the beautiful space of the Box Factory for the Arts. Last years’ event completely sold out, space is limited, so don’t wait!
Take a little YOU time this holiday season, and experience the magic and wonder of a Sacred Sound Journey for the Season.

*For your comfort and relaxation please bring a yoga mat, blankets, and pillows. This will give you the best experience!
The Four Heart is made up of four local musicians, yogis, and energy workers. You have four reiki masters, three yoga teachers, two sound therapists, and a Hypnotherapyyyyy-ist (to be sung in in the tune of 12 days of Christmas of course!)
