The L-Train Memorial Foundation Corporation is committed to assisting youth seeking to achieve a post-secondary education by providing educational guidance, mentoring and financial support for those in need. The foundation was established in the memory of Lorne William Bennett who was an advocate, mentor, coach, and father figure to the children in the community which he resided. Founded by his daughter, Trevena Bennett, the foundation not only honors his legacy but also enables Lorne’s vision for others to thrive academically and athletically. We have provided over $15,000 in scholarships to youth in Essex and Union counties and support our local communities through multiple fundraisers and drives. We are an organization with a big heart committed to building upon Lorne Bennett’s legacy in positively impacting the lives of young people.
