ALL YOU CAN EAT CRAB FEED!
The Fort Bragg Rotary Club & Mendocino Coast Sports Foundation presents their annual Crab Feed on Saturday, January 25 from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
This event will be held at the Fort Bragg Fire House (141 N. Main Street, Fort Bragg) and will feature fresh delicious crab, locally made chowder, salad and bread.
All proceeds from the event go to Fort Bragg Rotary & Mendocino Coast Sports Clubs, whose members work tirelessly in the community to make it a better place for all who live here.
This event gives locals and visitors the chance to meet with old friends and make new ones, while cracking tasty crab and helping make our community a better place!
Here are a few examples of the local projects that the money raised at this fundraiser has gone to in the past:
- Drive to the east end of Chestnut Street and look at that amazing Timberwolf Stadium. Which recently received a full LED lighting retrofit upgrade and new side railing on the visitors side of the stadium.
- Go by Redwood Elementary School and look at their garden and kitchen area.
- Stop by Dana Gray Elementary School and ask about the dictionaries every child receives.
- Talk to the many people from this community who have received scholarships for continued education.
- We supply support for numerous local sports teams and groups.
- We team up with organizations such as the Mendocino Coast Humane Society and the Marine Center Science for improvement projects.
These initiatives are only a few examples of the impactful work made possible by the funds raised from the crab feed. It is through the Fort Bragg Rotary and the Mendocino Sports Foundation, with hard work and dedication of this community and it’s members that we are able to better the community we all live in!
Tickets are $85 each and include salad, bread, clam chowder and crab.
Our fundraiser will take place from 12:00 – 6:00 p.m., with food service ending at 5:30 p.m. While the event officially closes at 6 p.m., we kindly ask attendees to arrive by 5:30 p.m. to ensure they can be seated and enjoy their meal and the event.
There will be raffle prizes and a silent auction. As well as beer & wine for purchase.
Plus, we will also offer desserts for purchase and proceeds from dessert sales will benefit the Fort Bragg High School Interact Club.
