This gala serves as the primary fundraising event for the Heritage Fund, which provides scholarships to deserving minority students at the esteemed Morehouse School of Medicine. Given the considerable financial challenges of medical education, the Calvin Wayne Mclarin, MD Heritage Fund Scholarships support these aspiring physicians in achieving their educational goals. The Heritage Fund of the Atlanta Medical Association ensures that scholarship funds are distributed equitably among minority medical students.
