2025 Sole Sisters 5k Race + Sponsorship

This ticket is to donate to the 2025 Sole Sisters Fitness Club. Donations help keep the program free for the athletes! Last year we had 173 girls in the program, and this year we are expecting just as many! The donation and sponsorship money goes towards keeping this program FREE for the girls! The money raised goes towards their race day t-shirts & swag!

If you would like to donate $100 or more, please purchase a Sponsorship ticket instead of a donation ticket. For a minimum of a $100 donation, your business name will appear on the back of the event t-shirts! Sponsorship tickets must be purchased by April 25 to be featured on the back of the Tshirt!

The Sole Sisters 5k is the culminating event for our Sole Sisters Fitness Club! The 5k doubles as a fundraiser for the CWLS PTO!  We would love to have as many community and Sole Sister family members join us! Sole Sisters do NOT need to register for the 5k. The girls who are part of the program have free admission. This club promotes healthy living and is for young ladies who are committed to having a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard. The Fun Run is for ANYONE who would like to participate! 

The 5k is May 18, 2025 at the Canal Winchester High School Track. Check-in begins promptly at 8:45. The 5k will start at 9 AM! 

Tickets are nonrefundable. THIS DISCOUNTED TICKET DOES NOT INCLUDE A TSHIRT! 

Liability Waiver: When purchasing my tickets, I agree to the following limitations of liability: By accepting this entry, I, the participant, intend to be legally bound and hereby waive or release any rights and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against the CWLS PTO, and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives and employees for any injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend & understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees. I also authorize the use of photographs or videos that include my image for promotional, informational, or other reasons in the best interest of the event. I certify as a material condition to my being permitted to enter this race that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and that my physical condition has been verified by a licensed Medical Doctor. By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to this waiver.
