About this event

What's a "Mrs. Roper Romp?"

It’s a fun costume party and live music fundraiser honoring Helen Roper from Three's Company. Basically, it’s just an excuse to ditch the boring, throw on a colorful caftan and some chunky jewelry, and let loose while being a little eccentric for the day. It’s not just a girls' night out; you guys are welcome to add to the fun if you can channel your inner Helen or Stanley Roper or even Larry Dallas and get in on the 70s vibe.

Deets on the Day

Costume up and enjoy Cambridge by making a little art and enjoying shopping, music, food, and drinks around town while raising money for the Traveling Rack Pack in support of the Susan G. Komen Foundation. The day has three parts: shop and stroll, happy hour, and the main “Regal Beagle” event.

Advance tickets include an art project, food, live music, a donation to the Traveling Rack Pack, and chances to win prizes - all for $20. Join us in downtown Cambridge on June 27th. It’s a day of '70s-style fun that proves Cambridge is everything but ordinary!

The Itinerary: Check In, Explore Cambridge, the Main Event

2:00 - 3:00 PM: Check In at Galleria 214 (214 W. Main St)
- Check in and pick up your meal ticket and your Roper Romp Passport. Each passport includes an entry to the Mrs. Roper Raffle and a free drink ticket for use at the Cambridge Area Lions Clubhouse at a future date.
2:00 - 5:45 PM: Explore Cambridge at Your Own Pace
- Shop & Stroll: Wander Main Street to explore local shops, art, and food! Each purchase earns you an entry to the Shop Local Raffle where the prizes are more valuable, so save those receipts!
- Get Creative: Pop into Art Hub (145 W. Main St) for the included art project where you craft your own unique souvenir of the day to take home.
- Happy Hour : Stop into The Keystone Grill (206 W. Main St.) for a cash bar happy hour. Here you will take your receipts to the Regal Beagle Raffle table where each receipt from the day = a Shop Local raffle entry.

6:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Main Event at "The Regal Beagle" (Cambridge Taphouse, 201 W. Water St.)
- Eat, drink & be merry: The Taphouse is undergoing a full "Regal Beagle" takeover for the night! Your meal ticket gets you a fresh brat off the grill, and the bar will feature special taps and wines just for the occasion. Enjoy live music in the festival tent for outdoor fun.

Prizes: We’ll be starting ticket sales for our 50/50 raffle and raffle prizes will be awarded throughout the evening, so keep your raffle tickets handy—you must be present to win! We will wrap up the night with the Traveling Rack Pack 50/50 raffle drawing. It’s the perfect way to cap off a day of 70s-style fun while supporting a great cause.
