The Napa CA Edition of Summer Vines brings together Black Vintners and Winemakers to enjoy their best Rosé, Sparkling & Sangria wines at our outdoor location in Napa, CA.

You are invited to join us for this intimate summertime tasting experience, which includes a keepsake glass and catered bites from our amazing Black Vines® catering partners. 

Release of Liability

Ticket purchase and attendance at, or participation in, Black Vines® Events you hereby agree to release us (collectively with our Affiliates and Wine Partners and each of our and their respective officers, directors, agents, co-branders, vendors, independent contractors and employees, the Black Vines®/SME, Inc Released Parties”) from all damages (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise), losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses of every kind and nature, known and unknown.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Black Vines®, SME Inc, and all affiliated partners/sponsors, harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, remedies, and legal disputes.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images

Ticket purchase and attendance at, or participation in, Black Vines® constitutes an agreement by the attendee to the use and distribution of their image or voice in photographs and recordings of Black Vines® by Stroud Management Enterprise and Black Vines® partners and sponsors.
