Four Hearts Yoga Sound Bath

Everything is vibration, including us! That is why sacred sound instruments, played with intention, can be such a profound and powerful part of your healing process.

Four Hearts, made up of musicians, Ann Campbell, Robert Fowler, Luke Andresen, and Adrienne white, join us at The Box Factory for an evening of Music Medicine with their Ceremonial Cacao Sacred Sound Journey. You can expect to deeply relax, and go into the brain wave states of dreaming, meditation, and possibly even Delta waves of deep sleep… which means deep healing for the body and mind! The heart opening cocao, sacred chocolate drink, will be served. 

Come vibe with these four local musicians and sound practioners, as they take you on this magical ride, using intention and their joined collections of sacred instruments including: 15 gongs, hand pans, guitar, mantra/voice, crystal bowls, drums, chimes, Tibetan bowls, and Crystal Tones alchemy bowls and more… this sound journey can take you to a hypnogogic state where you can access the sub/unconscious layers of the mind. When you set intentions in these brainwave frequencies, you bypass the thinking mind and go straight to the soul! 

Participants will be reclined and relaxing on the floor (chairs can also be available) for this experience. Please bring a mat, a comfy blanket/pillow to enhance your relaxation during the experience. We will have some supplies on hand, but request for your comfort you BYO lots of cozy things!
