4th Annual Phoenix Wellness Kids Fishing Derby 

Kids ages 4-15 welcome to participate.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee a T-Shirt if you are registering after June 30th. 

If registering more than 1 child, you will need to complete a separate ticket purchase for each. 

Fun prizes for: First Catch, Biggest Fish, Smallest Fish, Most Fish, Last Catch & More!

Bring your own fishing gear and chair. Canopies are welcome as there is limited shade. Check in will open at 4pm. 

Rules: 

• Pre-registration required and you must check-in at the front table when you arrive.
• Adult supervision required at all times. 
• Catch and Release Only.
• Contestants are responsible for all necessary supplies.
• Only one pole per contestant in the water at a time. 
• Participants are not allowed in the water for any reason. 
• No lures or artificial bait permitted. 
• Please do not leave litter at the fishing site. 
• If you catch a fish, or require assistance, please notify a volunteer.
• Fish caught must be recorded by an official volunteer to be considered in the tournament. 
• Most importantly, have fun! 

**If plans change and you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing phoenix1wellness@gmail.com. This allows us to open up your spot to another child who might be eager to join the event!
