About this event
Alzheimer’s Community Care (ACC) is dedicated to promoting and providing community-based, family-centered care for caregivers and their loved ones living with neurocognitive disorders, through the belief that where there is help, there is hope.
The ACC Annual Educational Conference builds on more than 25 years of excellence, bringing together leading experts to share cutting-edge knowledge, practical strategies, and compassionate insights. Each year, hundreds of family and professional caregivers gather to gain tools that enhance the quality of life for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related neurocognitive disorders.
More than an educational event, the conference fosters a supportive community where caregivers and professionals connect, learn, and empower one another.
