Date: October 4, 2025

Setup Instructions:

1 Arrival: Vendors should arrive at the venue between (8 AM and 9:30 AM) to ensure ample time for setup.

2 Check-In: Upon arrival, please check in at the registration desk

   ◦   Table Setup:
   ◦   Each vendor must bring their own table and chairs, (tent optional)
   ◦   Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tablecloths, displays, and promotional materials.
   ◦   Ensure your table is set up and ready by [9:45 AM], as the event will open to the public at [ 10 AM ].

3. Signage: Clearly display your business name and any promotional offers.

4. Product Arrangement: Arrange your products in an organized and appealing manner. Consider using multi-level displays to showcase your items effectively.

Closing Time:
• Event End Time: 2 PM
• Breakdown Time: 2 PM - 4 PM

Closing Instructions:

   1   Packing Up: Begin packing up your table promptly at [2 PM]. Please ensure all items are removed from the venue by [4 PM].
   2   Clean-Up: Leave your area clean and dispose of any trash in the provided bins.
   3   Check-Out: Return any borrowed items (e.g., chairs, extension cords) to the registration desk before leaving.
