Back the Blue Lou is excited to host our 2nd Annual 5K Run on Saturday, October 24, 2026! Come out and show your support for the brave men and women in blue while enjoying a fun, family-friendly community event.

We are proud to announce our recipient of proceeds, Budweisers Guns 'N Hoses! We love and support all that they represent. 

We welcome special guest Louie from the St. Louis Blues, and Fox 2 News for coverage. 

Every registered runner will receive a goodie bag filled with gifts and treats from our generous local business sponsors.

🏅 Awards will be presented to our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers, who will each receive an exclusive Back the Blue Lou medal.
