JOIN US FOR OUR 2ND ANNUAL BOURBON & BAGS TOURNAMENT PRESENTED BY NUCOR BUILDING SYSTEMS.

Our 50/50 Raffle and BIG PRIZE Raffle are live now for our 2nd Annual Bourbon & Bags Tournament!  Join us for an evening of summer fun to raise awareness and funds for community organizations making a big impact on improving our quality of life in Metro-Detroit: Care House Macomb, YMCA of Metro Detroit, Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN), The Detroit Parade Company, and the Roncelli Family Foundation. 

EVENT DETAILS:

Registration opens at 3:30 p.m. and the bags tournament beginning at 4:30 p.m. SHARP (not all tickets have entry into the tournament). All tournament players need to be on site by 4:00 p.m. All entrants will enjoy valet, open bar (21+), food trucks, bourbon tasting, cigars, live music (Dogzilla; lead singer Tony Roncelli)! If consuming alcohol, the Roncelli Family Foundation and Roncelli Inc. highly recommends using a ride share service; attendess will receive an Uber code prior to the event for discounted rides to and from the fundraiser!

TAX INFORMATION:

All profits will benefit our community partners noted above. Ticket sale proceeds will first go to the Roncelli Family Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, whom will disburse the donations. All ticket sales are fully tax deductible less the FMV of benefits received. Tickets are non-refundable.

BAG TOURNAMENT RULES:

To enter bags tournament, you must have purchased a ticket that includes entry to the tournament, have registered in advance, AND MUST BE PRESENT NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM. Tournament is limited to 48 teams (first come first serve); sign up early, we SOLD OUT last year! Teams will be divided into 8 "conferences" who will play 3 in-conference games; the top two teams from each conference will progress to a 16-team single elimination tournament without seeding (ties decided by throw-off).  Last team standing will be declared the winner! Game rules are 3 points for "holing," 1 point for "bag-on-board" (points cancel out) and first to 21 or above wins (no penalty for going over). The top 4 teams will win BIG! First place: $5,000 and a place on the Bourbon & Bags trophy. Second place: $3,000. Third and Fourth place: $1,500/team. You are playing for keeps: no donations of winnings will be accepted by any of the charities involved.
