Dressed in period attire, chocolatier, Robert Lecce, demonstrates 18th-century, Revolutionary-era chocolate-making. Step back in time and learn about,roasting and grinding cacao and blending the product with warming spices before being offered samples of hot cocoa and with handcrafted spiced chocolate.
Following the demonstration, gather at community tables to explore how the various chocolate blends can be incorporated into savory and sweet items. Get ready to experience some unique chocolate infused delights!

Please be advised that the historic Col Peter H. Peirce House is not accessible via wheelchair. Accessing the building requires ascending numerous stairs. No ADA compliant restrooms are available on site.
