DC ConnX 3rd Annual Sporting Clay Tournament (Early Afternoon Session: Team 6-Shooters) 5/15/24

EVENT GOAL

DC ConnX is excited to host the 3rd Annual Sporting Clay Tournament (Team 6-Shooters format) on Wednesday, May 15th, 2024 at Bull Run Shooting Center, Centreville, Virginia. All net proceeds from this event will be donated to Loudoun First Responders Foundation.

Our tournament goal is to clear after all expenses $30,000. Our First Responders are the backbone of safety and protection in our community for churches, businesses, families, neighbors, friends...everyone.  We recognize that there has been a significant increase in cost for our First Responders to provide the highest possible service in our community.  DC ConnX contribution to Loudoun First Responders Foundation is to help alleviate out of pocket cost to our first responders and their families during their time of need.  

DC ConnX will not receive any financial benefits from the 3rd Annual Sporting Clay Tournament, nor has DC ConnX ever received any financial benefits from our events since our inception.

3 Sporting Clay Shooting Sessions and Event Timing:

Breakfast: 8:00 am

Team Check-In / Open Remarks / Safety Overview: 8:30 am

Morning Session (Team 6-Shooters): 9:00 am - 11:30 am

Lunch: 11:30 am - 12:30 pm*

Early Afternoon Session (Team 6-Shooters): 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm (arrive 30 minutes prior)

Late Afternoon Session (Team 6-Shooters): 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm

*Lunch provided for Morning and Early Afternoon Sessions.

Big Cash Prizes*: 1st, 2nd & 3rd

*Cash Prize will be based upon Team average scores (eliminating top and lowest shooters scores from calculated averages).  Cash Prize is projected to be $4000+!

*Winners to be announced at DC ConnX 4th Networking Concert.
