David Crouse has the distinction of being the first producer ever granted television interviews with five U. S. Presidents for a single documentary: Presidents Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, and George H. W. Bush who sat with David for his final television interview as President in The White House. The documentary, Positive Thinking: The Norman Vincent Peale Story, aired nationwide on PBS.
David’s latest television production MICHIGAN: An American Portrait is currently airing on PBS in over 200 television markets nationwide. The production is the most extensive television production ever completed on the history, culture, and natural wonders of this very diverse state. The overall project includes a one-hour television documentary, educational outreach for state-wide schools, a traveling art exhibition, community outreach through premieres and screenings, a sustained PR campaign, and social media.
