Keynote Speakers:
• Pastor Brian Biggers: Pastor of Grace Chapel Church will be sharing insights on the growth and future of FCA.
• Mark Walker: He was raised in the home of a Baptist pastor in the panhandle of Florida. After moving to North Carolina in 1991, Mark worked in finance before being called to full-time ministry. He graduated from Piedmont Baptist College and went on to serve as a pastor for 16 years. In 2014, Walker was elected to the U.S. Congress, where he made history by becoming the first member to be elected Chairman of the largest Caucus in Congress after serving only one term.
During his time in Congress, Walker was also named the ranking member on the Intelligence and Counterterrorism Subcommittee and, in 2018, was elected Vice Chair of the full Republican House Conference. In addition, Walker served for five years as Co-Chair of the bi-cameral Prayer Caucus. His leadership and influence reached beyond politics, particularly in the faith community.
Recently, Walker chose to forego a runoff in his congressional race to work with former President Trump as Faith Outreach Advisor for the Republican National Convention. He is also the president of his political consulting company, Advancing Hope.
Mark and his wife, Kelly—a Family Nurse Practitioner and flight trauma specialist—have been married for thirty years and are proud parents of three children.
This evening of fellowship and support will help shape the future of FCA, and your presence and participation are greatly appreciated!
