Friday Flow & Sound is a two-hour, trauma-informed wellness experience designed to support physical, emotional, and energetic healing.
Held in the Monarch Room A & B at Wesley Chapel District Park, this evening gathering offers a sacred pause before the seasonal shift—blending gentle movement with sound therapy in a space rooted in accessibility and care.

🧘🏽 The Flow
The first hour: a somatic movement practice led by Luna, a certified yoga therapist and movement educator. Breath, affirmation, and gentle flow invite participants to reconnect with their bodies in a safe, affirming container.
The second hour: a sound bath and energy healing session. Crystal bowls will open and balance each chakra, while Luna’s collaborator offers intuitive energy work to deepen relaxation and release. Together, they create a sanctuary for rest, renewal, and inner balance.
