About this event

Good Guys vs. Cancer is an annual four-day high school basketball showcase at First Flight High School featuring over 400 players from local, regional, and national teams. Through sponsorships, ticket sales, and digital stream views, Good Guys vs. Cancer has become one of the top scholastic fundraisers for the American Cancer Society's Coaches vs. Cancer program. This year, Good Guys vs. Cancer will also contribute to the Outer Banks Relief Foundation to help local Outer Banks residents facing debilitating cancer diagnoses pay for essential living expenses.
