Please join us for lunch at the ballpark to celebrate and learn about the important and necessary work of the Palliative Care Team at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. This specialized care for patients with complex illness adds an extra layer of support to patients’ existing medical care, addressing the psychological, social and emotional needs of patients and their families. Practitioners work closely with patient families to offer strategies for symptom management, support communication across multiple specialties, and assist in making complicated decisions.
