About this event

This ticket is for the First Experience. We encourage guests to purchase tickets for multiple dinners, as each event will be unique, offering not only the chance to savor Pereira’s celebrated cuisine but also engage with her creative process in an intimate setting. The menu, featuring locally sourced and foraged ingredients, will be forthcoming.

Ticket includes a multi-course dinner prepared by Chef Natalia Pereria and wine pairing with a special cocktail. Gratuity is not included.

The Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) Santa Fe is excited to present a series of exclusive dining experiences as part of Natalia Pereira: a birth – I can’t stop. Throughout this two-and-a-half-month residency, Pereira—an award-winning chef and artist from Minas Gerais, Brazil—will host four immersive dinners that invite guests into the heart of her creative process. As the ICA transforms from an active artist studio to a completed exhibition, guests will witness the evolving stages of the project as it unfolds.

Known for blending African, Indian, and European culinary traditions, Pereira brings her rich heritage and unique touch to the table. Each dinner, centered around a locally sourced ingredient, reflects the culinary magic that earned her Los Angeles restaurant, Woodspoon, recognition as one of the LA Times' best restaurants in 2021 and 2022, a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2022, and a James Beard semi-finalist nod for “Best Chef in California.”
