ROOTS & RHYTHM: A SOBER COMMUNITY CONNECTION EXPERIENCE

Join us for an evening of yoga, music, mocktails, dance, firelight flow, and soul-filled connection under the stars. Every part of the evening is designed to welcome you exactly as you are. Come move, rest, explore, and connect in a space that’s sober, safe, warm, and alive with energy.

🌟 EVENT SCHEDULE – SATURDAY, MARCH 29 🌟

2:00 PM – Vendor Setup
Vendors arrive and prepare their offerings for the evening.

5:00 PM – Doors Open / Arrival & Ticketing
Explore the space and settle in. Head to The Love Lounge—our central community space for connection, creativity, and discovery. Sip herbal brews, enjoy cacao, browse handcrafted offerings, or relax into cozy corners curated by Mysti X Love & Saber Love, alongside a variety of local vendors and healing artists.

5:30–7:30 PM – 🌱 Movement & Mocktails Happy Hour
Ease into the evening with grounding movement, live music, and herbal sips:

• Alcohol-Free Mocktails by Christie Walker & Clean Eats
  Herbal-infused cocktails crafted with love to sip and savor as you arrive.
• 6:00–7:00 PM – Grounding Flow with Live Music
  This is a sweet, grounding flow to connect with your body, the earth beneath you, and the steady rhythm of your breath. With live music by Taylor Cox holding the space, it’s an invitation to slow down, tune in, and feel supported—just as you are.
• 7:00–7:30 PM – Sunset Seed Sowing Circle guided by Christie Walker
  As the sun sets, we gather in a shared community circle to set intentions together and plant seeds as we enjoy the beauty of the evening sky.

7:30–8:00 PM – 🎶 Intermission / Arrival Window
Hang out in the Love Lounge—a cozy, heart-centered hub to Sit, Sip & Chill, explore offerings, and connect before the dance begins.

8:00–10:00 PM – 🔥 Firelight Funk Sober Dance Party
We begin with a collective Fire Ceremony to open the space with intention and presence, then move into a dance journey guided by rhythm and firelight. A curated playlist of local, original artists will set the vibe. Move, stomp, sway—or simply soak in the vibes—as the beats guide and firelight inspires. This casual, come-as-you-are dance space invites full expression and connection.

10:00 PM–Midnight – ✨ Ember & Flow: Open Flow & Pro Fire Artist Show

• Open Flow Jam – A welcoming space for performers and flow artists to step into the circle and share their magic.
• Pro Fire Show – Featuring Bekah Skaggs & Moose O’Malley, this stunning performance weaves rhythm, movement, and flame into an unforgettable closing celebration.

🔥 $33 All-Access Pass (Early Bird) – Enjoy the full experience with access to every part of the evening. Start with grounding movement and handcrafted inflused mocktails, dance to curated local beats and close the night with an open flow session and pro fire artist performance. 🌟 $44 All-Access Pass – Experience the night in its entirety—move, connect and celebrate with full access to every offering. From intentional movement and live music to dance and fire performances, this ticket lets you fully immerse yourself in the magic and healing of the night, from start to finish.

💫 Volunteers – We’re looking for people who are excited to help us bring this community event to life! In exchange for your contribution, you’ll receive a ticket to enjoy the experience.

🛍️ Vendors – We’re inviting SIX local artists, crafters, makers and wellness practitioners, who want to showcase their art, crafts or offerings at the event. If you have something special to share, we’d love to have you!
