A virtual day retreat

with Michael Holleran

Buddhist roshi & Catholic priest

The Perennial Tradition recognizes an exuberant and hopeful universal wisdom that lies at the mystical heart of all religious traditions. Come and explore these gems, both in their basic formulation, and their articulation in the Judeo-Christian Tree of Life, Zen Buddhism's Emerald Tree, and more modern representations. Learn from master teacher who is both a Catholic priest and Buddhist roshi.

The Perennial Tradition is the founding philosophy of Center for Spiritual Wisdom. On the occasion of our 10th Anniversary, we are pleased to present this virtual day retreat as an introduction to those new to its wisdom and as a refresher to those who would appreciate a "fresh take" on the subject. Our board Vice President Toni Bentfeld recently attended a similar day retreat given by Michael Holleran. It was such an enriching experience that she highly recommended bringing a similar program to the CSW community.

Two tuition levels are available: Admission Plus: $99.00 (includes a donation to support this and other CSW events) and Basic Admission: $69.00 (covers the cost of this event)

About the presenter: Michael K. Holleran is a retired priest of the Catholic Archdiocese of New York. He was a Jesuit for 5 years, and a Carthusian monk for 22 years. He is also a roshi in the White Plum Asanga of the Zen tradition, and studied Arhatic Yoga and Kabbalah with Master Choa Kok Sui. Handing on these contemplative traditions is his great passion.
