Mannequined - Short Film Screening

Join us for a special screening of Mannequined, a short fim directed by Sawyer Macres, followed by a short Q&A with the director and select cast/crew.

Synopsis: When Ally’s boyfriend transforms into a mannequin, her world is turned upside down. As she struggles to maintain a relationship with someone who can no longer respond, move, or feel, Ally is forced to confront the depth of her love for Tom. Blending surrealism with emotional intimacy, this short explores the fragility of relationships and what it truly means to love someone—even when they can’t love you back.

Runtime: 40 minutes followed by a 20 minute Q&A

Whether you're a film lover, a fellow creative, or just curious, this is a chance to connect and engage Colorado's indie film scene.

We'll have two screenings to accommodate the theater size (68 seats per viewing). One at 6pm and the other at 7:30pm.

The screenings will happen at the Boedecker Theater at Boulder's Dairy Art Center. This is a private event so no need to show tickets to the box office.

Also please do not bring any outside food or drink. The venue will have food and drink for purchase.
