Time Capsule - Meadows Foundation 50th Anniversary

TIME CAPSULE 2027-2077

January 2027 will be the Meadows Foundation’s 50^th Anniversary, and we are celebrating (and fundraising) with the installation of a 50-year time capsule – and YOU can be in it!

Participants will be able to stuff a caplet with whatever they deem important.  Whether it is for family, a group of friends, school groups, organizations, companies, clubs or a gift for someone special, this is a rare opportunity. 

Each caplet costs $110.  Once you purchase your caplet, you will be sent a packet full of information:  suggestions on what to include, rules on what you can’t include, interior measurements so you know how much you can include, 2 tickets to the sealing party on Sunday, January 10, 2027 and 2 tickets to the opening party on Sunday, January 10, 2077.  Deciding what to include can provide hours and hours of entertainment. 

This time capsule, however, will not be buried.  At the sealing party a group photo will be taken, and then displayed with the time capsule in the meeting room of the Wyckoff-Garretson Carriage Barn.
