NORTH COUNTRY WILD CARE SPRING GALA 2024

Welcome to the North Country Wild Care Spring Gala, our largest fundraiser of the year!

The event will feature live wildlife ambassadors, live music, a silent auction with beautiful items donated from local artists and merchants, guest presentations, and a lovely luncheon at the Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs, NY.  Many of our members and wildlife rehabilitators will be there, always happy to share their wildlife experiences.

PROGRAM: 

• 11:30AM  Doors Open
• 11:30AM - 3:00PM - Live Wildlife Ambassadors and Silent Auction
• 1:00PM - Welcome Remarks
• 1:15PM - Lunch Served; Live Music
• 1:45PM-3:00PM - Wildlife Presentations & Discussions
• 3:00PM - Winners of wine raffle and silents auction items announced
• 3:30PM - Close

MENU: 

• Pork Tenderloin with roasted apple fennel, red skinned smashed potatoes, asparagus 
• Chicken Boursin (Boursin cheese and Hollandaise sauce), rice pilaf, asparagus
• Wild Mushroom Ravioli with sage sherry cream sauce, blistered tomatoes (vegan/vegetarian)

All meals will start with a garden salad, dinner rolls. Dessert will be vanilla bean cheesecake. There is a vegan dessert option of coconut custard topped with macerated berries dessert that can be selected whne choosing the vegan meal at checkout.
