Puppies & Poses

Join us for a yoga class like no other. Puppies & poses will heal your mind, body, & heart. It's a special type of yoga practice that combines traditional yoga poses with puppies! During the class, Stacey, your yoga leader, will guide you through yoga poses while a selection of puppies roam free around the courtyard. 

Come join us Sunday, April 16th, in the courtyard located behind Alchemy Outpost.  We will open to participants at 12:00pm and our class will begin at 12:15pm. Bring your own mat and be prepared for puppy distractions!

Puppy Yoga is a great way to relax, get some exercise, and spend quality time with some furry friends! Space is limited so reserve your spot today! 

Plan to stick around after for a mini market with fun vendors and food trucks from 1:00-3:00.

All ticket sales benefit One Love Animal Rescue. 
No personal pets at the yoga portion of event please.
