About this event

Two nights. One mission. A room full of women ready to rewrite what midlife looks like.

The May 2026 edition of Putting Menopause on the Map, at the Longmont Museum, will be a two-night deep dive into everything the healthcare system never taught us about menopause — and everything we wish our mothers could have told us. Moderated by founder Katie Brodnik with her signature blend of warmth, wit, and zero tolerance for confusion, this series will transform complex medical science into knowledge women can actually use.

  1. Night 1 (Wednesday, May 6, 2026, 6:00 - 8:30 pm): Signs, Symptoms & Effects on Bone, Brain and Heart.  We'll discuss treatment options, including Menopause Hormone Therapy and non-hormonal medical interventions, including pelvic floor physical therapy.
  2. Night 2 (Tuesday, May 12, 2026, 6:00 - 8:30 pm): The Lifestyle Adjustments That Can Remarkably Improve Your Wellbeing.  We'll talk about sleep, nutrition, movement, and mental health.

You are purchasing one ticket, which is good for admission to both nights.
