sufficient good health to participate without
knowingly endangering self or others by
participating, and agrees that the participating polo
club(s), their agents and players and the United
States Polo Association are not liable for injuries
or health consequences including exposure to and
contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable
disease, illness or injury resulting from
participating. Please maintain a safe distance from
the playing field during the matches and observe
all COVID-19 safety protocols in effect.
