Continue the Rhythms & Roots experience through movement, rhythm, storytelling, and cultural expression.

Culture in Motion is a beginner-friendly dance and movement class rooted in heritage, confidence, rhythm, and community. Participants will explore movement inspired by Liberian and African cultural traditions while connecting to the deeper meaning of rhythm, identity, and self-expression.

This experience is open to youth, adults, and families. No dance experience is required.
