The 3rd Annual South Rome Collard Festival

The South Rome Community Association's 2nd Annual Collard Festival has been established as a permanent fund raising event which will enable us to attend to the ongoing upkeep of our building and gardens as well as provide a fun community activity for our neighbors and bring positive attention to South Rome.
