About Kieran Stack:
Kieran is just like you. Someone who is passionate about the Aftersales side of the business and wants to be their best. Since emigrating to Australia from Co. Clare in 2013, Kieran's career has accelerated rapidly. He has held every non-technical role in Aftersales but without doubt, the role of Service Advisor is his favourite. Kieran believes that the role of a Service Advisor is the most soft skills diverse role on the planet! However it is often the most under appreciated and under supported role...especially from a training perspective.
Coming from a family of teachers, Kieran was "the car guy"....but teaching and equipping people was always on his heart. Through continuous education and improvement, Kieran's career advanced quickly through different brands and roles. He earned the position of Aftersales Trainer at BMW Group Australia in 2018 where he worked until Covid hit. Kieran founded Service101 in 2020 to help equip even more people with the skills that they need to help them to reach their potential.
Kieran's works with most of the premium Automotive brands (OEM's) along with Dealer groups in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK, USA and Ireland.
