This practical seminar will focus on the skills needed to remain standing, escape pressure, maintain posture and safely create space during close-range confrontation.

Topics will include movement, balance, framing, anti-takedown concepts, wall awareness and returning safely to your feet if taken down.

Suitable for martial artists of all styles and experience levels.
