About this event
NC CAP is eager for you to join us for the Synergy Conference 2025 - Igniting Bright Futures on November 18th and 19th at the McKimmon Conference and Training Center in Raleigh, NC!
Registration costs include access to plenaries, keynote addresses, workshop sessions, the exhibit hall, and both statewide and regional networking opportunities. In addition, the cost of registration will include one breakfast, two lunches, and light refreshments during the event.
**Additional discounted rates available for programs registering 25 or more staff. Please contact NC CAP Director Elizabeth Anderson at eanderson@ncforum.org for information on bulk pricing.
NC CAP "I Love Afterschool" T-shirts (image of T-shirt at link) are also available for purchase! If you would like to purchase an NC CAP "I Love Afterschool" T-shirt for an additional $25, please select the "General Admission - Regular + T-shirt" (available June 4 - October 31) or "General Admission - Late + T-shirt" (available November 1 - 12) ticket option when you register. T-shirts must be purchased in advance and will be available for pick-up at the registration table at Synergy.

Please DO NOT register until you have received a confirmation email from NC CAP with a registration link. If you have any questions about registration for presenters or vendors, please contact NC CAP Director Elizabeth Anderson at eanderson@ncforum.org.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
REGISTRATION:
If you register at the Regular Registration Rate of $375, our office must receive your payment (credit card or check) no later than October 31st, 2025. Otherwise, your registration will automatically convert to the Late Registration rate of $450.
PAYMENTS:
This form allows you to submit a payment online with PayPal. A PayPal account is not required. If you do not wish to pay online, a check can be made payable and mailed to the Public School Forum of NC at the address below. You may request an invoice by contacting Elizabeth Anderson at eanderson@ncforum.org. Please allow 3-4 business days to receive the invoice. Mailed payment should be sent to the following address, and should include the number of registrations being purchased as well as the name of each attendee a ticket is being purchased for:

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel your conference registration up until October 31st and receive a full refund.
No refunds will be made after October 31st. Failure to pay for your registration by November 12th can result in the termination of registration and loss of spot at Synergy.
