TOSC Social Club: May Hike

Wolf Lake Walk

This is a social hike that moves at a slower pace.  The focus is on enjoying the company of fellow trail lovers more than the destination or distance of the hike.  

What to Expect:
All Abilities are Welcome
Distance: Around 1.5 miles.
Trail: Concrete sidewalks.
The Walk: The group will meet by Wolf Lake and walk a lap around it.  Then we will head south on the Wolf Lake Trail for about a half mile before turning around using different neighborhood connections. 
Difficulty:  This walk will be on even surfaces in an urban setting.  Overall altitude change is around 75ft. 

What to Bring:
Sturdy shoes for trail walking, water, sunscreen and backpacks for those who like to have them on hikes. 
Dress for the weather and be prepared for mud if there have been recent storms.

Meeting Spot:Park along Wolf Lake Road, just south of Briargate Parkway.  We will meet in that area.
