Aligning Vision and Action for Tennessee’s Young Children

On Monday, November 17th, 8:30am-4:00pm at the Loveless Event Center in Nashville, the Align summit will bring together leaders from across the state — early childhood advocates and practitioners, business and civic leaders, and policymakers — to chart the course for how Tennessee can ensure our youngest children and their families thrive.

Through dynamic conversations with national and state experts, participants will:

• Explore bold visions and practical solutions for transforming Tennessee’s child care/early learning, health, and family support systems.
• Gain insights from new statewide voter polling and hear directly from policymakers on the road ahead for the 2026 gubernatorial race and legislative session.
• Learn from innovative policies and programs in workforce development, employer partnerships, integrated pediatric care, and family support programs that are reshaping systems across the state and nation.
• Connect with peers and decision-makers to build momentum for policy and practice change that lays the foundation for children’s future learning and success.
