If you can’t spend the summer in Tuscany, this class might be the next best thing. Since Etruscan times, winemaking has been as embedded in this area Chianti's hillsides. We’ll try ten wines from all over Tuscany and a couple from Umbria, including Brunello and other classics, as well as more esoteric wines, and discuss the history and current trends in these beautiful regions.
