Tween & Teen - Basket Weaving

Looking to explore a new craft?  Join other tweens and teens for a basket weaving workshop. Learn the basic skills and techniques needed to create a small basket. 

This workshop and all needed supplies are offered free of charge.  The Peter H. Peirce Homestead is proud to participate in Mass Cultural Council's Card to Culture program in collaboration with the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Department of Public Health's WIC Nutrition Program, the Massachusetts Health Connector, and hundreds of organizations by making cultural programming accessible to those for whom cost is a participation barrier.

Attendees must be 10 years of age and older.

Please be advised that the historic Col Peter H. Peirce House is not accessible via wheelchair. Accessing the building requires ascending numerous stairs. No ADA compliant restrooms are available on site.
