Rules and Regulations

• The success of the antique fair is dependent upon participants adhering to these rules and regulations.
• Expectations are that this event will take place whether it rains or shines.  If extreme weather conditions exist, the event will be rescheduled, and registrations will be transferred to the new date.
• Please help us to promote the event on your social media pages.
• Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs.
• Spaces are 10x10 or 10x20. Solicitation outside your assigned area is not allowed.
• Electricity is not available. Generators are not allowed.
• Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying their own Massachusetts sales tax.
• The initial location set up is Friday, October 10, 2025, from noon until 6:00 pm. At this time, tents, tables, and chairs my be placed in your designated area.
• The product set up is Saturday, October 11, 2025, starting at 7:00 am. By 9:30 am product delivery MUST be complete.
• Clean up/break down of sites can only begin once the fair is finished at 2:00 pm or you’ve been told by event staff.
• ALL vendors will be directed to the Jackson Street parking lot. No parking is allowed on the grounds.
   

By filling out this application you agree that you will not hold the organizer, its members or volunteers responsible for damage, loss or injury, nor be a party to any legal action against the organizer, its employees or volunteers.
