About this event

What is a Pincho you ask?  Well, here's what Pincho Magazine says...

A "pincho" (meaning "spike" or "thorn" in Spanish) generally refers to a small, handheld skewer or a single-serving appetizer, though its exact definition depends heavily on the region: In the Basque Country of northern Spain and surrounding regions, a "pintxo" is a small bite—typically a slice of baguette topped with ingredients like seafood, cheese, or croquettes—held together by a toothpick.

What we say is "Pinchos are perfect pairing with the wines of northern spain!"  And the folks at Pedestrian Wine & Cheese are bringing their best creations of these classic favorites to go with some of our favorite Spanish wines.  Join us!
