Wrestling for Adults with Vivian Kutnowski at Blue Mountains Jiu Jitsu Academy

Vivian Kutnowski is a nationally certified wrestling coach in Australia with a background as a former Team Canada athlete and bronze medallist at the Francophone Games. She has trained and competed in Canada, the United States, Japan, and Mexico, gaining a wide range of technical skills and valuable experience within different wrestling cultures.

At Blue Mountains Jiu Jitsu Academy, Vivian will be running 1.5 hour wrestling classes for kids followed by sessions for adults. She is committed to developing wrestling in Australia and creating inclusive training environments. Drawing on years of competition and coaching experience, she combines practical knowledge with a strong passion for the sport, believing that wrestling is for everyone, no matter their age, gender, or size.
