Center for Spiritual Wisdom is committed to uplifting programs that encourage deeper reflection and authentic connection. Please join us to experience PBS’s new series, Wisdom Keepers, together in community. We will meet on Tuesdays, March 10 to April 14, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. This program will be held online via ZOOM.

Thirty years after Joseph Campbell and The Power of Myth inspired millions, PBS returns to life’s big questions with Wisdom Keepers, hosted by journalist Ray Suarez and produced by Fordham University. The program invites viewers into thoughtful conversations about who we are and where we’re going as a people. The series subtitle is Healing a Divided People.

In a world of rapid change and division, Wisdom Keepers offers a much-needed space for reflection. Through intimate interviews with leading thinkers, mystics, scientists, and faith leaders, Suarez explores how we can live more compassionately and what truly makes us good.

The premiere episode, "Healing a Divided People," features renowned spiritual teacher Richard Rohr, Episcopal priest and theologian Rev. Kelly Brown Douglas, Rabbi Rachel Timoner, and others. Each week we will view an episode of Wisdom Keepers and engage in a facilitated discussion of what we heard. In weeks 2-6, we will meet and receive the wisdom of Rev. Douglas, philosopher Simon Critchley, Sister Joan Chittister, author David Brooks, and cognitive scientist John Veraeke.

You must register in advance to participate and receive the Zoom link. Although registration has filled, we invite you to add your name to our waiting list by clicking the green Get Tickets button above. We anticipate there will be a limited number of spaces that open up.
