Abilities Dance Boston Presents: The Banned Ballet

ADB is thrilled to present our 2023 annual ballet The Banned Ballet. This event is family friendly and inspired by the sweeping book bans across the country eliminating diverse identities from schools, public libraries, and more. With original story, choreography, and music by artistic leadership Ellice Patterson and Andrew Choe this is not one to be missed! There will be animated elements, a literal book about the show, creation of our own fairytale with Leslie Taub as the lead "Librarian Leslie" who is entering this new world where disability and queerness intersect and thrive.

This will be a hybrid event with no refund policy. For our in person showings, because of the high risk folks within our company, we do ask for audiences to come masked for the safety and comfort of all of our community.
