of Rhythm Seed Farm.

Kavita Kat Macmillan is a musician, performer and transformational creative guide who brings over 20 years of teaching, sharing kirtan & study of Naad (sound) yoga & Hindustani vocal practice to her classes and offerings. Through her musical offerings & workshops Kavita gently supports and students as they let go of patterns that get in the way of artistic expression & singing.
