About this event
A bilingual, mariachi musical set in the 1960s, ¡AY CHIHUAHUA! offers a little bit of everything for everyone - drama, romance, and a celebration of life. The show takes the audience deep into the heart of México and features three cultures - the Indigenous Rarárumi, the Mennonites, and the Mestizos - as it explores the immigrant experience. Originally staged by ÁNIMO Theatre in 2017 in Ventura County to sold-out audiences, this updated revival includes performances by Mariachi Rosas de Oxnard.
