Ballin' for Berno Medical Co-Ed Softball Tournament Fundraiser

Jon Bernasconi, owner of Bernasconi Construction, was injured on one of his job sites on December 4, 2023. He fell 12ft off of a ladder and was mediflighted to Doctors Memorial in Modesto. Jon is suffering from 6 broken ribs, a punctured lung, broken lower back, shattered pelvis, lacerated spleen and broken shoulder. Although Jon is home, he has a long road ahead of him. All funds raised from this benefit will go to the Bernasconi family to help offset medical bills and living expenses whil Jon recovers. Due to the nature of his injuries, he will be unable to return to work for many months.
We will also be hosting an online silent auction to benefit the family. The auction will be released at a later date.
Registration Fee is $400 PER team.
Registration is limited to 12 teams, with 3 teams on a waiting list.
Registration fee is non-refundable, UNLESS you are one of 3 teams on the waitlist and do not play.
Teams must include a minimum of 5 female players.
Event is RAIN OR SHINE.
Each player must turn in a waiver prior to game play. Minors must supply a waiver signed by a legal parent or guardian and show proof of medical insurance.
Each team must provide 1 silent auction basket donation to be delivered or ready for pick up by 2/23/2024.
Team registration is on a first come first serve basis. You are a confirmed team once fee is paid and registration questions are filled out via checkout.
